1. Upload your PDF

Choose a PDF file from your device or drag and drop it into the upload box.

2. Standard conversion runs first

For normal text-based PDFs, the system tries standard conversion first because it usually gives better formatting and cleaner editable output.

3. OCR can be used for scanned PDFs

If your PDF is scanned or image-based, you can manually turn on OCR mode. In automatic mode, OCR may also be used as a fallback if standard conversion cannot handle the file properly.

4. Download your DOCX file

Once conversion is complete, your Word document downloads automatically.
